If the drive letter changes between sessions, then Netbeans is unable to open files.
e.g.
Install Netbeans onto flash drive at letter E:\
Plug drive into new computer, this time at drive letter F:\
Open Netbeans
Attempt to open a project file. The text file window in the IDE will flash momentarily and then force close, with an error in the log.
Expected behavior:
text file opens and remains open for editing
Deleting the Cache folder at [PA Drive Letter]:\PortableApps\NetBeansPortable\Data\Cache and then opening the IDE appears to address this issue. If this could be automated, that would be very nice.
