The V-Shaped design of the filament path opening when it gets past the gears might need a re-design to a more flat surface.
I got a jam when some pla filament got jammed then bunched up when getting thru.
I think what happened is that the filament might have come in at an angle -- not straight down vertical and part of the opening might have scraped off part of filament to cause it to bulge and then become unable to pass thru the hole.
a flat surface might not have sheared off parts of filament -- just a hypothesis.
