ptfe tube helper to cut out to exact length #9

a cutout guide , should be included where user puts in ptfe tube and cuts off at either end.

if printed block doesnt come out right, user will know almost immediately if they are unable to fit the ptfe tube fully.

my ptfe tube was cut a little bit short causing filament to seep under the extra space. a precise cutout aid would have corrected for this. -- this is not a show stopper -- more a nice to have ..
