This is the only way to use the add command, as anything less than 11 would mean lesser fields (lesser info). A shortcut to get around this is available through the import command

There are a lot of mandatory fields required when adding information about a particular user, this might hinder the user-experience for many fast typists as well, for example fields like address and phon number, and email can be made optional when adding details about a paricular user to help them quickly enter only relvenat information.
right now there need to 11 fields that need to be filled in when adding information about a particular user.
