Hello! The purpose of the tag is for the Internship Campus Recruiters to tag the application status (final interview, interview, assessment). Hence, there is no need to allow for more than 30 tags.
And from the example you gave, it's an invalid example as our app is addressed to Internship Campus Recruiters not students keeping track of internship.
Another reason that makes your point invalid is that here your example is "Happy with the internship, but would not recommend to others". It's more of a remark and not a tag.

Reason for disagreement: Hi Fair enough, I am sorry if I misunderstood the use-case of the application. But the issue that I thought some users might encounter is that since, there is no functionality for writing remarks for each candidate, some people might use tagging features to write remarks.
I do note that most users won't do this, since tagging is something else altogether.
Since tagging mostly exists to add extra information for each entry, it would be nice if you could allow us to write more than 30 characters per tag, since we might want to add some peronsal information of our own in each tag.
