Addition of two new variables:

save_output: decide if save the output in a .zip file. If true, ETS-fibs*.tck are removed from the output.
segmentSLF: decide if segment the superior longitudinal fasciculus

Closing the PR, leandro will commit and comment changes in every file before submitting the new PR. the auto build is just in case if we forgot to commit and comment when we develop
