Cleaning up executables #58

Removed all the .exe files
.gitingnore file has been configured to avoid both executables from Windows(exe) and Linux/MacOS(out) I am not sure of the MacOS executable extensions will be .out

Maintainers can change the .gitignore file for any mistakes or if its needed, ping me.
