Enhanced Header Text #23

Description

I have worked on Issue #23 "Design of header changes". I have enhanced the main page header title "Git Set Go" and text " A Personalised Github Resume" by adding CSS effects. The files that have been modified for this issue are in the /src folder and they are as follows, Header.js, animate.css, style.css

Here's a short gif of how it looks.
