Description

Guidelines for general participants and for hackincodes participants to create PRs on develop and hackincodes branch respectively
Created a small description of how to create a PR.
Added some fun GIF's to make README look more interesting.

@AdityaAshvin I want you to write separate guidelines for general contributors and hackincodes participants under different headings and not mix in one. Also, please don't force push your commits.
