Cannot import my wallet on new phone #11

Hi, when I type my recovery sentence, I have wallet_need_scan error... Thanks

Can you provide more details please, such as where it was created, did it add the wallet etc. Try settings -> wallet -> more options -> wallet addresses -> scan

I created my wallet on other phone who die, and can't import my existing wallet with the recovery phrase.. When I try to do " import a wallet " then type my phrase, the app send me an error "could not import : WALLET_NEED_SCAN: wallet needs addresses scan" .. There is no more informations to share with you

Would you be able to take some screenshots ? Obviously not of the screen where your recovery phrase is visible
