Our users do have the right "upload" and they can upload pictures and documents over the files feature on sites.
But using the importer leads to an error: "unsufficient rights" to store data.
The administrator account can upload odt files with nice results.
The users are sncted with LDAP from a windows AD.
We dokuwiki 2018-04-22b "Greebo", php 7.2 on Ubuntu 18.04 with apache.
