Apologies for jamming these separate changes into a single PR.

The first permits use of environment variables for credentials, by allowing you to not specify a profile in the config YAML; I've updated the README to reflect this as well.

The second handles stack creation failures -- previously, a stack which failed creation would cause kappa to loop endlessly.
