2 Celery workers and more granular server info fetching #12

So slowly responding servers don't delay fetching info for other servers that much.

And also so fail of one server fetching doesn't lead to a whole failed Celery task, e.g. Task nogamespy.tasks.pull_master[...] raised unexpected: KeyError('uver').
