What steps will reproduce the problem?
(If pre-existant)
0. Delete SL4A's data in HOME > Settings > Applications > Manage Applications
(to insure full clear)
1. Uninstall SL4A

(next steps)
1. Install SL4A r4
2. Open SL4A
3. Select an option for analystics (doesn't matter for bug)
4. Error message: "Failed to create scripts directory. Please check the
permissions of your external storage media." Tap [OK]
5. Press Back key.
6. Open SL4A
7. Works just fine now! (albiet, I didn't test for installing interpreters yet)
