User logout functionality #60

Working on the logout functionality for when user wants to logout!

March 9th - Ran into a bug which says undefined "logged_in" and came to find out that the session wasn't even made!! I will move this issue into blocked because we will have to initialize a session and store the session into the database before anything. @F3N215
