I heard Tadej Pogacar mention in a YouTube video that pro cyclists are eating upwards of 120 (or maybe ever 140?) carbs per hour during races
I had (I'd have to look to be sure) like 4 or 5 gels over my 3 hour race. Each gel is ~20-25 carbs. Meaning I had like 30-40 carbs per hour during the race
