Does patch 4.10.03104, but the VPN doesn't start after patching.

Please retry with the newest version of the master branch.

There is no VerifyFileSignatureCollective::IsValid in this version, so the new patch mentioned in https://github.com/garrettskj/ac_patcher/pull/9/ won't work...
