No spec for R1 EDO and R2 FPM in all models ? #1

How to deal with them ? Are they depended on different DRAM ICs ?

All 30-pin SIMMs should present an FPM-type interface. EDO DRAM can be made to work according to the FPM bus protocol by tying /OE to /CAS. So install the FPM jumper if you are using FPM chips. If you are using EDO chips, install the EDO jumper and it will make the EDO chips behave as if they were FPM.
