PHP 5 strict and notice warnings [PATCH] #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run phpQuery under PHP 5 with error_notice of E_ALL

Patch is attached.

I'm a bit annoyed that instanceof isn't happy if the second argument isn't
a variable.  If there's a non-deprecated way around that, I'd love to learn
it...
