O wait, the chromium browser doesn't seem to exist at /opt/pw-browsers/chromium-1091/chrome-linux/chrome

@OssamaSijbesma — thanks for this! The pw-browsers issue is fixed up in PR #1523 I submitted, which includes the Node 20 base image change as well.
