Added Allegro platform #30

I added Allegro as a platform for Gwen to get the designer working on OSX. So it should work on any platform that Allegro supports. Some things aren't working, like window minimise etc because Allegro doesn't support this, but work in progress.

This would be a lot more attractive as a pull request if you could split it up from the designer stuff.
