Fix designer namespaces #34

Needed to put factory registration functions in Gwen::ControlFactory namespace. Xcode/clang throws errors if not.

These are the designer fixes. If you pull these and then I can submit the allegro platform changes. I didn't do the platform changes in a branch so I'm not sure how to submit arbitrary commits.

Note that I accidentally used space indentation here. I corrected this in the next pull. I think that is what you wanted.
