Node interactivity through shiny added along with example in markdown #20

First time contributing to an R package. I added some functionality to it so that users could return which node they selected or were hovering over for usage in shiny applications. I put an example in the markdown document. I used some of the ideas from networkD3 and visNetwork to get this functionality.
