Coverage remained the same at 100.0% when pulling f6f7c0a86ea50989643e77bc44c48b6deda3fe89 on atoomic:todo into 801b565988e3ec0a116f754b3e65386441b39c9b on garu:master.

Hey @atoomic! Shouldn't we check first on cpantesters if any reports have failed the TODO block? Otherwise, if there is an issue, people won't be able to install Clone without forcing.

yeap this one is not merged, we clearly need to check cpan tester with the release from today with the support for cow being disabled

@atoomic ping! As @haarg mentioned in #39, we need to first ship t/cow.t and only then inspect cpantesters to see where it passes or fails. I'm just waiting on you guys reviewing #40 so I can merge and push a new version to cpan (with the updated MANIFEST so it includes t/cow.t) <3
