5.25.7 can be configured to not include '.' in @INC by default.

Coverage remained the same at 100.0% when pulling 7f5cbcb585115f6bfd631161f5a398a12bd2b055 on plicease:inc into 2211c45ae40fe4a8e32377516e1058ba83bc7141 on garu:master.
