102 Add Create module button

Test Instructions

1. You must log in like Instructor

2. In the menu Courses choose one and click.

3. In the section "Modulos del Curso" click in the button "Agregar Modulo" to add a new module for this course.

4. After click it will shows a modal window. In this window you can write the description of the module and for finish click in the button Guardar

5. The new module of the course will appear in the bottom of the list of modules
