Allow to instructor upload videos to modules

Upload videos requires the previous setup of backend and s3. Videos will be uploaded to s3 directly, so you need to get credentials for that.

• [ ] Add credentials to AppConstants.
• [ ] Add ng-file-upload and setup for video upload to s3.
• [ ] Create a new ModuleVideo instance in the API.
