PDF has no outline/TOC #8

Having a table of contents or outline or whatever it's called in the PDF would be super handy for going straight to the relevant part, certainly simpler than scrolling through a huge array of thumbnails

I agree that would be great, but unfortunately (unbelievably?) MS Publisher doesn't have way of having a ToC that appears in the PDF. Next guide I do will certainly not be in Publisher!!
