Implement limit switch support for lifter #36

To automatically stop the lifter when it is lowered onto the bottom limit switch

Not only is the switch working, but moving to different levels using the LIDAR (automated lifter) is now working. The motor won't run if the lifter is at the bottom. Find a new maxHeight for the lifter.
