Break Teleport into separate steps #4

Rather than separate Teleport Self, Teleport Other and Teleport Swap spells, they should be broken into smaller parts that are combined for the total effect.

Idea: Use the "Astral Plane" as a temp storage location:

Problem is making each of these fragments useful on their own.

If "Astral -> physical" is a BASE/starter spell, then full teleport is enabled just by getting the 2nd half.

"Astral -> physical" can be useful in it's own right as a starter spell if there are spells or actions that send the mage to the Astral plane. E.g. if the mage dies, they could be sent to the Astral plane and need to bring themselves back.

Do we need to worry about players hiding in the Astral plane for an extended period? Building up a spell (or recovering from a previous spell) while safely away from other players and then popping down to attack or perform some action.

Option: Mages don't automatically recover dice while in Astral plane.
