Thank you for your report. This is one of our greatest consideration on how to present the information for users.
However, after much careful deliberation, we believe that this issue could be a matter of personal preference. Due to the distinctiveness of information presented within each box, we do not think that putting all the information into 1-2 info boxes will make it much more intuitive for the reader.
Furthermore, condensing the information could be counterintuitive and make it less readable for the user due to the large chunk of words in each box.
In view of these considerations to make our User Guide more user-centric, we have decided to label this report as type.rejected
.
Team chose [response.Rejected
]
Reason for disagreement: The excessive use of info boxes conveys many "additional" information, which could be conveyed as part of the plain text.
There are 4 "info" boxes in the "Adding a dentist" feature which makes it unnecessarily repetitive and complicated. The information conveyed in these boxes can be condensed into 1-2 "info" boxes to make it more readable and intuitive for the user.
