Add offline editing to exercises #101

For offline, I was thinking about the workflow of connecting to a service and making a local copy and then editing and syncing back when reconnected.

  1. I'm not sure if we're going to have time to get this in in time for the fall workshop.

  2. I feel like an editing UI is going to be a lot of code, though I could be wrong.

@jofraley what do you think?

@garys-esri I have been so busy working on other things that have not had much time to spend on this. So I will take your word for it. Let's drop it. I am out starting the 15th for the rest of the month on vacation so it would help me out to reduce what is left for me to get done.

Okay. Then I'll 1) remove this issue from the milestone and 2) plan on making the updates to the .NET exercises since it sounds like you won't have time. AppStudio might be too much for me to re-learn and do anything useful.

@garys-esri I will get my portion done and have the updates for AppStudio in the works just haven't committed them yet. Had to put out fires last week and this but will get to it before I leave. If I need help, I will let you know next week.
