Zoom sometimes jumps back to previous extent

Under some conditions, zooming the 3D scene jumps back to a previous extent. This probably has to do with the lock focus button.

This seems like a bug in these exercises, not in ArcGIS Runtime, and is easily reproduced:

• Run the app and switch to 3D mode.
• Toggle the lock focus button on.
• Use the zoom in or out button one or more times.
• Drag the globe. The camera returns to where it was before the zoom.
