Puppet dependency issue #11

I tried to install this project (master branch) using vagrant up theforeman.example.com on OS X 10.11.1 but there is a dependency problem with the package rubygem-kafo-0.6.11-1.el7.noarch. I have attached the full console output to this issue.

This problem also exists on the centos_7 branch. Find the console output attached.
