Undefined Symbol for i386 (clock$UNIX2003 and fwrite$UNIX2003)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Linker error using iOS Simulator target

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Linking succeeds. Linker error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Doubango r1288.  Issue started on r1267 specifically when the line 86 to 89 of 
file (/branches/2.0/doubango/tinyRTP/include/tinyrtp_config.h) is commented.

Please provide any additional information below.
Undefined symbols for architecture i386:
  "_clock$UNIX2003", referenced from:
      _cipher_bits_per_second in libsrtp.a(cipher.o)
  "_fwrite$UNIX2003", referenced from:
      _rand_source_init in libsrtp.a(rand_source.o)
