Hi,
If you are having issues installing Soundflower because Mac OS X prohibits you
to do so, you may want to disable a new feature from Mavericks which is
restrictions for installing apps that are not downloaded directly from the App
Store.
I've attached a screenshot. In System Preferences / Security & Privacy /
General / Allow apps downloaded from: "Anywhere" (you may need admin password
for this).
You may be having an "expired certificate" warning upon installation, I believe
it is because Soundflower hasn't been updated in quite a long time (over a
year). Just hit Continue and should be fine.
I hope this works and allows you to install it; it worked for me in OS 10.9 &
10.8

Like I said I found a workaround.
I just thought the developers should know. It's a barrier for their users.

This issue needs to be addressed to maintain the security of systems
downloading the software and trust of the developers.
