Appears not to work on Windows 8.1 #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Pandora-Tray
2. Click or double click the Pandora-Tray system tray icon - no response
3. Start Pandora One
4. Press the Forward button - no response
5. Pause the music in Pandora One
6. Press the keyboard Play button - no response

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On step 2, I expected Pandora One to start.
On step 4, I expected Pandora One to skip to the next track.
On step 6, I expected Pandora One to Play the paused track.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Running version 1.0.2.0 on Windows 8.1 64 bit.

Please provide any additional information below.

Getting the same thing here.  Is the author around to look into this?

Got tired enough of the problem today to go looking for a solution.

I haven't had a chance to load up a system with Windows 8 to debug this yet, 
but I should be able to take a look at this pretty soon.

Also, I just migrated the project over to Github as Google Code is not long for 
this world, so look for updates there.
