move former tests/ folder to example
transform tests/ into pytests executable
add readme file for tests/

The test folder will be put into a continuous integration system, to be executed every time that somebody push code into the repo

tests/ here automated tests will live
examples/ examples for user of how to use the library, without "ugly" test code
