User Pin doesn't actually work..... looking for ideas about how best to handle 
this and what its uses will be?

A suggestion would be to lock settings and content between user accounts. IE 
parental controls and changes to the menu's. 

Changing to DAD's account will prompt you for his pin when you try to exit the 
user menu.
