Refresh Status action don't refresh status #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. User A has left their workspace compiling last night
2. In the morning, User B check out and object, update it and check it in.
3. User A refresh status and DON'T SEE CHANGES (green dot icon)
4. User A re-connect workspace and refresh status; Now see changes (round arrow 
icon)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see round arroy icon first time refresh status and no need to 
re-connect workspace to see it. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
pbsccsetup_2.01.78
