"Ver" is being converted to "VE" - should be "VER" #1

Several words ending in "ER" are being converted to "É" instead of "ERRE" and should be added to the unittests

Commit 0d386b3731bff34368af98a6f06ec158c1a4ae84 addresses VER but there are still other words that should be converted differently, such as CANCER (KANS) which would not be distinguished properly from cancerre (KANSER).

This seems like an omission since FER is already listed as an exception (FER)
