What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fresh Install Tomcat7 or Tomcat8
2. Click Manual Configuration
3. Click OK on popup message box asking if you want to skip configuration guide
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The flow puts user back into the Start Configuration Guide process - should it
do something instead?
What version of PWM are you using?
Latest source build
What ldap directory and version are you using?
OpenLDAP
