Logic Pro X additional content deployment #320

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?  Importing the packages 
works fine.  But deployment does not happen.  Doesn't even attempt to install.  

What version of the Munki tools/InstallOSpkg tools are you using? On what
version of OS X? Munki version 0.3.0, Mac OS X 10.9.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Not sure if Logic Pro X needs to be removed and reinstalled at the same time as 
the additional content???
