Better error output in manifestutil #365

If a pkginfo is created without certain relevant keys...easily illustrated when 
lacking a 'name' key...manifestutil will output a traceback letting you know 
which key was missing but it would be nice if the exception was caught and a 
message telling you which specific pkginfo was causing the error was displayed.

I'll be completely honest: I don't use manifestutil. I haven't paid any 
attention to it at all since I finished writing it. I'm completely open to 
someone fixing bugs and adding features to it, but it's extremely low on my 
list of priorities to do myself. I certainly don't plan to do any work on it 
soon.
