Adapt to updated prjxray filestructure #33

This pull request addresses changes that are necessary to ensure compatibility with updates at upstream prjxray, cf. https://github.com/kintex-chatter/nextpnr-xilinx/issues/3 and https://github.com/kintex-chatter/nextpnr-xilinx/issues/3#issuecomment-1048851087 in particular:
