chip-db (bba or bin) files missing

Hello, I have success compiled the project, but I can not find the chip-db files. Please, any suggestion? Thanks!

I just found out that I miss to create the bba files using "bbaexport.py". But stills the problem because the script fails, in the capture can be seen that the script add a "t" character in the end of "fabricname" and is not matching with the Xray directory structure. I add a capture:

As another approach, using the xray database included in nextpnr-xilinx, the same issue:

Ok, I found the solution, just copy the prjxray database inside xilinx/external/prjxray-db
