Could your libraries be imported to Jupyter notebook? Or be used in ipython?

Maybe. I'd guess that Jupyter notebooks probably support Java. I don't know how to load classes into a notebook.

I don't do much with Jupyter notebooks since they don't allow for notebook-level undo. If you screw up a cell, you can undo. If you make a mistake that screws up a notebook, you're hosed -- you reload the notebook and lose all your work.
