JES crashes after typing three letters every time #125

I recently started using JES but for some reason, as soon as I write def, it always freezes and I have to restart the app. I have a MacBook Pro 2019 with macOS 0.14.5. I am not sure what is causing the issue, but I have tried all of the versions available for JES. In have also tried reinstalling again and again but nothing works. Please fix this issue in the next update or let me know what I can do because it is really necessary for my college course. Thanks.

Wow - I’ve never seen or heard of that one!

Here’s my suggestion: go to your technical support people on campus, and them help you delete Java from your computer. Then, reinstall just Java 8.
