Reset button for interaction pane #20

We should have a reset button like Dr Java has to reset the interactions pane to clear out definitions. When people spend lots of time in JES, they end up with old definitions that they forget about which causes problems.

Absolutely! It's hard to use JES to grade multiple submissions when the environment is being cluttered up. A 'reset' menu item is needed.
