What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. 2. 3. I have no sound on JES. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Supposed to hear the sound of the Wav. file I chose. No sound at all. What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Jes 4.3 on windows 7 Please provide any additional information below. I have just updated my java, and reinstalled Jes, but still cannot play any sound. It will let me change a file, which I can see in the media tools, but cannot hear it. My speakers work great. I should also include that on my speakers volume mixer, it shows me I can change the volume of my speakers, my surround sound system, internet explorer, and JES. When I change the volume of the first three it makes a beeping noise, but when I change JES, it does nothing. I tried to reply back to the email I have received from you, but would not let me.
